Our website and services are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing our site, requesting a consultation, or opting into our SMS program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Consulting Services

South Texas Resources, LLC provides real estate consulting and scenario analysis. We do not act as real estate brokers or agents. Any decisions made based on our analysis are the sole responsibility of the property owner.

3. South Texas Resources LLC SMS Program

This program sends appointment confirmations, updates on real estate strategy, and reminder messages to consumers who have explicitly opted in to receive customer care SMS messages regarding their real estate inquiries.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Limitation of Liability
